Hall Hire Information

Our facilities include a hall, community (meeting) room and kitchen which are available for hire by external groups.  The hall is rated for 120 persons, with a well-maintained wooden floor.  The kitchen is suitable for serving refreshments, tea and coffee to a large group through the servery hatch opening into the hall.  The community room is suitable for meetings of up to 10 people.

We encourage the use of our facilities by not-for-profit and community groups, and welcome hall use enquiries.  Please consult our calendar on this web-site to see if the day or evening you wish to use our facilities is available.  Please also be aware that the hall is a shared-use facility, and so includes an area used by our children's group, and Op Shop tables and hanging space around the walls.  The hall can only be hired out on an 'as is' basis.

Our hourly rates start at $20 per hour.  Groups need to show evidence of insurance cover, except in the case of personal use or inincorporated 'self-help' groups who may opt to be covered by our insurance policy.  For more information and conditions of use, please see the Memorandum and Personal Hire Agreement which can be downloaded from this page.
